Grace stands for Female Entrepreneurship, Empowerment, and Diversity. We empower women with entrepreneurial ambitions and women in leadership positions, supporting them in developing and implementing their ideas.

In our founder programs, Grace Scale and the Grace Berlin Accelerator, we work with female entrepreneurs on their ideas and their growth. Our program, Grace Empathic Leadership, is designed for all women in leadership who wish to evolve as Empathic Leaders.

Through events at our Grace Loft in Kreuzberg, we create spaces to foster ideas, creativity, and entrepreneurship, bringing the entire community together.

Grace is dedicated to actively building and shaping the startup ecosystem for female entrepreneurs.
