Welcome to my Profile – my Name is Tilo. Together with my team and in collaboration with a large community we create, vary, expand and reproduce the information pathways to explore functional solutions for the food & beverage world. I´m on the way to establish the basis for the development of transformative food processes and understanding foodarchitectonics - the structure of resilient systems. During my childhood on a little farm close to the Rhine river in Germany, I was fascinated by the bio-transformational process of wine-making. Today I run my own vineyard together with family and friends. Please have a look at: 531Riesling.de. I was trained as a winegrower and studied oenology, microbiology, organizational psychology, disruptive technologies and digital Business. Since 1997, I focused on process engineering in the field of continuous centrifugal extraction technology in Wädenswil, Switzerland. In cooperation with industrial partner’s, we developed new solutions for extraction of more of the good from grapes, apples, oranges, olives, tomatoes, spices, herbs, coffee, insects, nuts and cocoa. I try to cultivate the unknown and love to dive with other people into the chaos to find new compositions for products and opportunities for transformative engineering.
It isn’t a question of whether to innovate or not – it’s a question of how.
