Paulina Lutz

Paulina is the founder and CEO of NGHTY Berlin, a new lingerie brand that stands for confidence and female (sexual) empowerment. Before founding her own startup, Paulina spent four years as part of the Investment Team at Earlybird Venture Capital. At Earlybird, her primary focus areas included CommerceTech, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Food Tech. Prior to Earlybird, Paulina worked as a Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners.

 

She holds an MSc Marketing from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a BSc Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
