Falco Schuett is the founder & managing partner of Impact84, a business focused on creating value for progressive and innovative companies with digital technologies. Falco combines his network and expertise as independent management consultant for digital strategy with his leadership experience in software companies in order to focus on strategy, scaling up operations and business units, and developing valuable partnership synergies.

Previously, Falco founded and chaired IoT+ Network, a business network focused on creating value in and with IoT. Falco utilized his connections and scaled this Digital Hub for IoT of the German Ministry of Economics and Climate Action to 35 paying members and business opportunities for the network's members of up to 1.2m €. Before IoT+, Falco was Director of Strategic Partnerships & Marketing at Next Big Thing AG (NBT), a venture studio primarily focused on deep tech based in Berlin, Germany, where he oversaw various areas such as corporate, media, and political relationships. Preceding NBT, he joined IoT powerhouse relayr, where he led event marketing and pushed forward company growth and internationalization. In prior roles, he accumulated experience in operational sales and marketing of successful global software companies in mobile, contactless payment solutions, database technologies, and event software.

Building on the vision that IoT and AI will enable future prosperity, Falco continues to use his network and experience with corporates and new ventures to bridge the gap between business, politics, and technology.
