Ich habe TK Maxx Deutschland von Null auf 175 Stores und über eine Milliarde Euro Umsatz aufgebaut und später europäische Führungsrollen übernommen. Seit 2022 bin ich Co-Founder und COO von senken, einem B2B-Marktplatz für hochwertige Klimaprojekte (Carbon Credits). Dort verantworte ich Operations und baue alle Abteilungen von 0 auf 1 auf, entlang unserer strategischen Ziele, mit Fokus auf Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR und Investor Relations. Als Multiunternehmer betreibe ich zudem das Erchy's Brunchrestaurant in Berlin und bin im Immobilienbereich aktiv.

I built TK Maxx Germany from the ground up, growing it to 175 stores and over €1 billion in revenue, before taking on senior leadership roles across Europe.
Since 2022, I have been Co-Founder and COO of senken, a B2B marketplace for high-quality climate projects (carbon credits). I am responsible for Operations, building all departments from the ground up in line with our strategic objectives, with a focus on Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR and Investor Relations.
As a serial entrepreneur, I also run Erchy's brunch restaurant in Berlin and am active in the real estate sector.
