Alexandra Kammer

Alexandra is Co-Founder and Chief Diversity Officer at Aivy. As the first one to finish high school in her family, she received her Master's degree in Business Administration & Linguistics from the University of Mannheim and the Sorbonne Université. In 2021, she was a finalist at the Digital Female Leader Award in the Diversity category and in 2024 she was nominated as Most Influential Woman at the Impact of Diversity Award. With Aivy, she has made numerous press appearances, on inter alia Vogue Magazin, in addition to a TV appearance and has most recently won the HR Innovation Award.
