Agnes Hoffmann

Holding a degree in international development studies with a focus on gender and economics, my professional journey has led me from Vienna and Bordeaux to EU fundraising and project management for the public sector in Hamburg, to Vienna Business Agency, where I supported entrepreurs and founders with the right contacts and funding insights to start and grow their own business.

This is where I found my passion for the topics of urban food production and food innovation which brought me back to Munich, where I support entrepreneurs and agri-food startups with the right business insights, know-how and contacts from our europeanwide industry and foodtech innovation network.

EIT Food is all about making the food system more sustainable, healthy and trusted, this is why we are especially interested in supporting impactful agri-food entrepreneurs who are set to solve the big challenges of our food system and find solutions on how to feed 10 billion people by 2050.
