The driving force behind Grace is Ignore Gravity, a consulting agency in Berlin specializing in leadership, culture, transformation, and innovation. In 2017, when Ignore Gravity started, there were notably few women in the startup and innovation field. Motivated by the question of how to make the entrepreneurial world more diverse, they conducted in-depth interviews with successful female founders, CEOs, and women in business. The results revealed that our society lacks role models, and women are often discouraged by their social environment from starting businesses. Shared knowledge and mutual encouragement emerged as key factors for successful entrepreneurship.

In 2018, Grace launched its first Summer Camp Program for aspiring female entrepreneurs. The program's success and the energy of the participants inspired the team to further develop the offering for the female founder community and support as many women as possible in their entrepreneurial journeys.

As a result, numerous successful startups and female role models of the next generation quickly emerged and grew together in a tight-knit community. This success was made possible by a strong ecosystem of entrepreneurs, managers, and investors surrounding Grace. Together, they form a solid foundation for Female Entrepreneurship & Leadership.
