Grace - Accelerate Female Entrepreneurship Initiative has been supporting women with startup ambitions in the DACH region since 2017. We have developed various programs such as a Summer Accelerator, monthly online events, and the Grace Scale program. 

In particular, Grace offers a diverse startup ecosystem and contributes to improving equal opportunities. Regardless of educational background, training, origin, or immigration status, we believe that women should have the opportunity to develop their ideas and have equal access to networks, programs and support.

Since the start of Grace we have gathered many insights during the designing and the running of acceleration programs. Listening carefully to our community and reaching out to strong role models in order to gain knowledge and learn from their individual founder stories is a key aspect in achieving our mission.

It became apparent that there are particular barriers for women with a migrational background to join our programs, leading to a lack of diverse representation. This brought us to the conclusion that we need to offer even more support to migrant female entrepreneurs.

MiGrace aims to build inclusive programs particularly for women who immigrated to Germany; to foster equal opportunities, intercultural understanding, and diversified perspectives. 

We aim to inspire, empower and motivate all women to start their own entrepreneurial journey.
