From the courage to start something new, to the power to lead and scale, to the decision to take a family business into the future: women are taking entrepreneurial responsibility at every stage. But we still lack the bigger picture of what that journey looks like in reality. Where do women with entrepreneurial responsibility stand today? What moves them forward? Where are the opportunities, barriers and blind spots?
We don't want to assume what women need. We want to listen, understand and discover what really matters.
That’s why we’re doing the Grace Study “Courage, Power & Succession:
Women in Entrepreneurial Responsibility”
We want to bring together the experiences of 1,000 women with entrepreneurial responsibility in Germany.
1,000 women. 1,000 perspectives. One bigger picture.
The findings will help us understand what matters across the entrepreneurial journey and where change may be needed. We will bring these insights into dialogue with politics, business and key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Including a political roundtable and concrete recommendations based on what the study reveals.
Because change starts with seeing reality as it is.
