Terms and Conditions — Prize Draw as part of the Grace Study 2026
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is ignore gravity GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 147, 10997 Berlin, Germany, registered with the commercial register under HRB 140824 B (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
This prize draw is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, supported, administered or conducted by Meta, Instagram or LinkedIn.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to all natural persons with legal capacity who are residents of Germany, complete the full questionnaire as part of the Grace Study 2026 “Courage, Power & Succession” and select one of the four prize categories at the end of the study: Early Stage, Growth/Scale-up or Business Succession or Empathic Organizations Retreat.
Employees of ignore gravity GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation.
Each person may participate only once.
3. Participation Period
The prize draw runs from 19 August 2026 through 31 October 2026 at midnight (CEST). The deadline for participation is the completion of the study.
Responses submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
Anyone who participates in the Grace Study 2026 and completes the questionnaire in full may voluntarily register for one of the four prize categories at the end of the study and will thereby automatically be entered into the prize draw for the corresponding prize.
No separate action or additional payment is required to enter the prize draw.
5. Prizes
A total of six prizes will be awarded:
- 1:1 Founder Consulting & Sparring (Early Stage) — regular value: €2,500
- Leadership & Scaling Consulting (Growth/Scale-up) — regular value: €2,500
- Business Succession Consulting & Leadership Coaching (Business Succession) — regular value: €4,500
- Three spots at the “Empathic Organizations Retreat” at Hof Blomstergården (for female founders and female executives) — regular value: €4,000 per spot
The stated values correspond to the regular fees or prices for comparable services or experiences at the time of the prize draw.
The consulting and coaching services will be provided personally by ignore gravity. The retreat spots will be provided by the respective retreat organisers. The prizes cannot be paid out in cash, transferred to third parties or exchanged for other services or benefits.
The dates and details of the individual consulting and coaching packages will be agreed directly with the respective winners. Details regarding the date and conditions of the Empathic Organizations Retreat will be communicated to the respective winners.
6. Selection of Winners
One winner will be selected at random for each of the first three prize categories from all eligible and timely entries in the respective category.
For the Empathic Organizations Retreat, three winners will be selected at random from all eligible and timely entries in that category.
The winners will be selected by random draw after the participation period has ended. The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
Participants are not entitled to information regarding the total number of participants or the probability of winning.
7. Notification and Awarding of Prizes
The winners will be notified personally by email or via the contact details provided as part of the study within 14 days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a new draw for the respective prize.
The consulting and coaching prizes will be scheduled individually with the respective winners. The dates and further details of the Empathic Organizations Retreat will be communicated to the winners directly.
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected as part of the study will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the study and, where participation in the prize draw has been selected, for administering the prize draw, including the selection, notification and contacting of winners.
The contact details collected for the prize draw will not be combined with the substantive responses to the study, or will only be combined in anonymised or pseudonymised form.
Contact details collected for the purpose of the prize draw will be deleted no later than one month after the completion of the awarding of the prizes, unless the participant has provided separate consent for further storage.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) and/or Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
A winner’s name will only be published with the winner’s prior explicit consent.
9. Miscellaneous
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize draw for good cause, where this is necessary for technical or legal reasons.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Legal recourse is excluded.
