You have already started your business, developed a product or service and want to take the next steps for you and your business?
Then Grace Scale is the right place for you!
The focus of the program is on: Growth, Team Building, (Self-)Leadership and Financing.
Our coaches and mentors accompany you, ask the right questions and bring in their experience and expertise so that you can really take off.
You get access to our community of founders and become part of a strong community.
To ensure that the program is compatible with your everyday start-up life, you can expect a mix of live and online formats over a period of 5-6 weeks. This allows you to stay flexible and focus on the individual program units without neglecting your business.

What can you expect at Grace Scale?
Leadership
We focus on your personal development, your values, team building and leadership so that you can grow powerfully into your personal founder role, strengthen your leadership skills and prepare to build or develop your team.
Inspiration
You will meet successful start-up founders and exchange ideas with them. Exciting speakers & experts share their experience and insights. Get inspired and motivated by fascinating stories!
Growth
As a founder, you face new challenges every day, but time and the necessary focus for strategic considerations and decisions are rare. Our coaches are at your side to solve blockades and to unfold potentials. Together we develop your goals and the appropriate roadmap for further growth.
Community
Together with 6-8 other female founders you go through the program. The open exchange about challenges, experiences and insights of your startup builds confidence and strengthens motivation. This peer group opens a safe space for sharing and co-creation to learn with and from each other.
Mentoring
A network of more than 150 mentors share their knowledge and experience with you, they show you new perspectives, ask the right questions and help you with their networks. Your individual challenges and entrepreneurial questions will be solved with a partner who is right for you.
Who can apply?
The program is for female founders who have already launched their startup and want to take the next steps to scale their business.
If a first product is already on the market or an MVP exists, then you are ready to take your start-up to the next level with Grace Scale.
Applications are open to individual founders as well as founding teams.

How does the program work?
Application period
February 07 - April 03
You have until April 3rd to submit your application. After we have made an initial selection, we will enter the 2nd phase, where we want to learn more about you and your startup during a video call.
Announcement of the participants

At the end of May, you'll find out if you're in Grace Scale.
Online Kick-Off Event
June 30
Our livestream kick-off event kicks off our program powerfully with an Inspiration Talk. We'll get ready for the program with an initial get-to-know-you and momentum.
3 days Deepwork
We spend the founders weekend together at Blomstergården farm in Wendland. In co-creation and individual coaching sessions you will grow together .
Mentoring Sessions
In week 2-4, you will be mentored by Grace Coaches, Mentors & Mentoring Sessions.
Coaching & Co-Creation Workshop
Week 4 will feature a hybrid coaching and co-creation workshop.

Important things you should know
How much does it cost to participate in Grace Scale?
The participation including all coaching, working materials, keynotes and much more is free of charge for you. You will be responsible for your own travel to the Founders' Weekend and the final event, as well as for your accommodation during the final event in Berlin.
What stage does my startup need to be in?
You should have already founded. Your product is already on the market or an MVP exists. Your next steps are to build a team and scale. If a small team is already in place and you're wondering how to grow your startup, Grace Scale is also the right place for you.
Will Grace take an equity stake in my startup once I incorporate?
No. At the end of Grace Scale, you'll be ready for your next round of funding and ready to take your startup to the next stage with your team.
Who participates in Grace Scale?
At Grace Scale, women of all ages participate. We take care to make your group of fellow women diverse, from different industries, with different backgrounds and personalities. But with one common goal: to move your startup forward!
When can I expect a final feedback?
Application deadline is April 03, 2022 and we will contact you about 1 week later to inform you about the next steps. The final participants should be known by the end of May.
Where does the program take place?
Adapted to your everyday start-up life, there is only a total of one weekend and the one-day final event in onsite format. The founders' weekend starts and ends in Berlin. Together we travel from Friday to Sunday to a farm in the Wendland. You can participate in the events, workshops and mentoring in the online format from anywhere.
Is Grace Scale a full-time program?
The Founders' Weekend takes place over three full consecutive days. You also have to take a full day for the final event. Since we know how full your calendar is, the onsite program is kept to a minimum and you should make the time for it.
Will the program take place despite COVID-19?
We are confident that the program can take place despite the current situation. Past Grace Summer programs have also been able to take place smoothly despite COVID-19, which makes us optimistic about this year's programs. You will receive more detailed health and hygiene instructions prior to the start of the program.
What will happen after the program?
The future is yours! But we are still here for you: Regular Grace alumnae meetings, monthly workshops & events in our Grace Founder's Journey and other exciting activities and programs await you.
