What is the mission of your start-up and how are you committed to it?
We are on a mission to digitalize European Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installers and other climate heroes, addressing the critical labor shortage within the industry. We empower local installers by streamlining their interactions, thereby making renewable energy more accessible, transparent, and affordable for residential homeowners.
What has been your most important learning so far when starting your business?
They are right: It's a hell of a bumpy ride but the highs DO make up for the many lows :')
What role did Grace play in your founding journey ?
Grace played a meaningful role in creating a true (!) safe space among the community to share personal highs & lows and always finds an open ear
