What role did Grace play in your founding journey ?
Being able to focus on my startup without the financial worries due to the Berlin Startup Stipendium gave me the biggest support I can imagine. The mentors and the coaches also gave us an immense amount practical support, without them we could have never achieved what we did.

TLDR: You can mostly find me building SaaS products or teams people don’t want to leave. I love candid connections so feel free to reach out, follow or connect with a short message. I studied organizational psychology and data science, built and managed data-driven SaaS products and crafted teams that stick together.
Had the pleasure to navigate the technical and organisational highs and lows of both early stage startups and unicorn stage scaleups first in the vibrant startup scene of London, then in Berlin and Amsterdam. Building a product from 0-1 based on hypothesis-driven development, optimizing for PMF and an effective, high-performing product org around it is what makes me get out of bed every morning.
I enjoy solving complex puzzles and leaving a positive impact on both people and businesses. I like to bring focus to the work, structure to the team and clarity to the stakeholders.
